Ron, I think you have a serious problem with folding bike. And, I hope you enjoy every minute of it.

A lot of these small 16" wheeled bikes really have fantastic utility and add in the price, they punch high above what one might think of them; small wheeled; "small dahon copy"; etc
I have been considering using my son's bike for a light tour and been testing its riding and loadout and its so far been highly functional.
Bag with Drone
Bag with camera gear
1-2 days clothing, rain gear and tools
Tripod
Did a 60km the other day with my daughter and I really liked that it fell well into the type of cruising speed that most sight seeing touring will be with the ability to ramp up the speed a bit when needing to bridge boring parts of the route.

Is frame aluminum? Did a quick search in Aliexpress and found only alloy frames for V brakes. How do these ride and how sturdy would aluminum frame be for the long ride? Also will it accept Big Apples and mudguards on 16’ wheels? Thanks.

If you are looking for Chro-moly framesets for 305 wheels, I am afraid the FnHon Gust 16" is the only game in town. At least, that's how it is here in my locality.

This is how 50-305 Big Apples fit on the 74mm OLD fork of the FnHon Gust 16".
.
.
Because this Zephyr frame is for disc brake, the fork is wider with a 100mm OLD. To use it with rim brake wheels which are typically 74mm OLD you'll need an adapter on the hubs. Got those on hand too if you are interested in seeing them...

Thanks for detailed reply. It’s a curiosity mainly. Very interesting concept with aluminum frame. Should be pretty light. No suspension could be an issue as roads where I live are pretty bumpy but big apples should smooth things oit to some extend.
