WTB or Trade For Touring Bike or Frame 21"-23"

my wife is now interested in light touring. Looking to buy or trade for a frame that could be built or a complete bike. I have several 24"-25" nice vintage road and touring bikes that may consider for trade if anyone is riding something too small. She is 5'9". Schwinn Voyageur, Trek 520, etc.

this was recently found in the scouting thread; 23" Specialissima, but in New Hampshire. If you can find someone to facilitate, it might be quite the gem...

Wow, $150. I love the specialissima’s in that color, you can dress them up so nicely.

if it were an inch taller, I'd be chasing it myself! Is that color a dark magenta kinda thing, or is it simple black?

Nice choice, and that one has those wonderful SP-11 pedals too. All you need now is a taller technomic stem to get her started, and don’t be surprised if some stem shifters may make her more happy too. Have fun.
