Taking this on a slight hijack, but first time I even saw the Columbus decals (frame and fork blade) for Thron "Super" so...
anybody know if or how this differs from "regular" Thron tubing and fork blades?
Since it has "Colnago" on the bottom of the main decal I wonder if it's exclusive to that brand.
They didn't scrimp on the chrome and paint for this bike, did they?

"I have a nice Colnago steel road bike. It has a Shimano 105 gruppo, and will come with the original 105 pedals if you want them. I added the Brooks seat. The bike has been ridden and there are some imperfections in the original paint. The frame is straight and high quality and it shifts and stops as it should. The quality of the ride is the best part of this bike and is why I bought a Colnago all these years ago (I am the original owner, it is a real Colnago and I have the original receipt and the sellers information- reason I say this is I have had internet asses telling me it is a fake, they can ESAD).

"Bike is in really nice condition..." aside from the chain (and freewheel) which looks like it's made out of rust. And the tubes need replacing. I'd also expect that the saddle is horrendous and will need replacing too.
But $150 is a very good price -especially in this current market.

Bike is in really nice condition the tires are flat so it needs air or mite need tubes and needs the chain to be cleaned and lubed besides that's the bikes all there. So if it needs new tubes they have them at Walmart for $8 or even cheaper if you order them online and if you don't want to clean the chained and lube that baby down then they sell new chains at Walmart for like $15 and online.

Selling this awesome 1986 Trek 2000 with Dura Ace group and Campy Record wheel set. This was a top of the line build back in the day and still is an amazing bike today. Very little wear - I don’t think the wheels have ever seen any miles because the rims have no brake wear. It could use some bar ends, but other than that this thing is complete. I owned this before I sold it to the current owner. Unfortunately, he changed out the beautiful original Ofmega crankset, pedals, and saddle. The fella before me was the original owner and used to do hotel touring on this bike all over the west coast.

Hey just wanted to say thank you for posting this. I actually ended up buying it after the seller dropped the price to $250. It ended up being kind of a weird drama filled story from a rough neighborhood but I survived okay and now have the bike safely home.
