Golden Arrow rear derailleur; rebuildable?

I'm putting an '86 Miyata 310 back together, and I was having problems getting the shifting right. I fiddled around with the GA rear derailleur, and found that there was a small (but not insignificant) amount of slop in the parallelogram pivot pins. The movement is easily observed...you can twist the derailleur's parallelogram a little bit, but it changes the angle and position of the pulleys quite a lot.

I've never noticed that kind of slop on other derailleurs, so I'm assuming that the pins and/or bushings are worn. Is this fixable, or is it normal for an old derailleur, or is it toast?
