Sand on Magnolia Road
For your planning purposes: Last Tuesday morning I found out that they put sand on Magnolia Road, on the paved section descending into Boulder Canyon above Boulder, CO. My method of finding out was a bit more dramatic than reading a post on BF.
Whether it's still there I don't know.

Just got back from surgery on the collarbone broken on Magnolia Road on 21Sept. In prep a nurse who lives up Magnolia Road said it commonly has sand and she won't ride it on her motorcycle after wrecking.
So I guess posting "sand on Magnolia Road" does not constitute news.
