Just as an fyi, I'm certain I could sell those bottles at $0.50 each at the Madison swap. And I found a potential storefront in Bologna to move merch.

A few years ago @nlerner took me on a bicycle tour of Boston. We stopped for coffee, because Neal.
I asked for the cugino discount. Didn't work.

Jeez, I guess I need to do something 'bout this...
Ok, so first let's talk bottles. There's cheapie bottles and then it looks like there's Specialized bottles. I'd rather have a quality bottle associated with my name, even if it raises the costs a few bucks.
Logo - Rudi did a nice logo for me, as shown earlier. I intend to use that for full scratch frames sometime in the future. Butchering up old frames goes under the Gugificazione brand. I'm thinking one color bottle, one color ink. Black on white or black on clear bottle would match most
Do this in, say black @rhm is an official licensee in perpetuity for reborn saddles, btw.
GUGIFICAZIONE! decals look like this:
If you look up "fascist font" you'll find something that looks like this. Since my family is Northern Italian, I thought it appropriate.
Discuss.

Specialized bottles for the win. Don't care if they're clear or white but lean towards clear.
After adding up how many of them I'll need for 5 bikes I think I should have been an early investor.

My plan is to come away from this with a few hundred dollars. I think if I start with a thousand I should hit that goal.

I like the idea of maintaining the impurity of the Gugificazione brand as separate from other possible creations. I was thinking something like brazing torch and a fork bending tool (which, for legal purposes, would definitely *not* be the Park FFS-2, though it may look like that) crossed in a manner reminiscent of the Soviet hammer and sickle. I guess that runs a bit counter to your messaging of Italian fascism though.
Of course, a suitably posterized version of this would be perfect.

I was really hoping for a variety of colors so I could match my water bottle to my bike no matter which bike I'm riding. Sure, black goes with everything, but by that reasoning I'd be using black cables, black bar tape, and black saddles on every bike. Where's the fun in that?
That's about a grand for 200 bottles shipped to me. I really wouldn't want to do a cheapie bottle. 4 bottles shipped by USPS is what, $20 or so?

Before we all start spending me money, check out pricing for just a one color print.

OK, so you need 50 people to commit instead of 8. No problem. I'm sure @squirtdad can round up that much support.
current count is 8, so now need 12 more

well under the original thinking it was 8 at $50, this bit of reality hitting would be make it 20 at $50 and assuming these 20 bottle capitalists each got 4 bottles ($12.50 reach so not far from retail) it would still leave 100 for gugie to do what ever with

In all seriousness, I'm flattered that some of you would want a water bottle with my name, nickname, or something else associated with me, but right now I don't have the time to pursue this. Maybe later, just not now.

Don't be flattered. We really just want to see how many "cease and desist" letters you get from companies/people claiming whatever design you come up with violates their copyright.
