I always eat healthy due to my UC but since the State RR's a few weeks back I have been eating desert. I'm really going to try to limit my weight gain this holiday season to -5lbs. Our season starts here mid Jan so there really isn't much down time.

I just finished a martini with two big olives. Well deserved after grading papers all afternoon and spending the morning doing auto maintenance.

Doing a "Fred" century tomorrow as penance for all my velo sins, so I will eat a lot of crap tonight.

Another martini sounds good.
