What do you do for a living?
I have been wondering for some time what everyone does for a living. This is probably because in my field in my relatively small town here in Florida, there is only one other person I know of that commutes by bicycle with any regularity. I have met a few people that were auto-mechanics (ironically), retail, restaurants, and hospitality. On this board, there seem to be a lot of educators, but I don't know any here where I live that commute by bike.
So what do you all do?

Marketing. Specifically, I manage the mechanical end of my company's large print and direct mail shop. We have contracts with nearly all of the auto manufactures.

I bike to live, and live to bike. Can't hold down a job, so might as well just ride. I have the impression that I liked something else almost as much, but I can't remember what it was.

I'm no longer a soldier I'm old, fat, civilian.
When I joined the Army 20 years ago most of my peers were punks, for some reason being an infantryman appealed to a generation of us. My office mate is an old skater and punk and here we are old and making changes to the system when we can.

Physical labour....I work as a powder coater and spray painter for the past 22 years. One of the reasons why I love bike commuting is because it gives me a chance to get fresh air before and after work.

For a living I collect entitlement checks. For a hobby, I volunteer at a few organizations that I can get to by bike.
