Universal CX Brake hood issues

Hi all, I need some suggestions in trying to repair some rolled hoods which will not stay down.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Sorry guys, for some reason why my ipad mini would not work with uploading to this site.

Can you elaborate on what "rolled hoods" are?

Maybe they are curling up, along the edges? Photos would help in identifying and suggesting a solution for the issue.

I had to use a heat gun to fix DiaCompe hoods fitted to CLB levers, as the lower flanks(?) flared out in front. Delicate operation but i worked then into a sleek flattened profile.

I've seen levers that had been stored with their hoods rolled forward, and the hoods were never the same again.

Thanks guys. I figured that too, someone packed them away when they were rolled position.
The other lever isn't as bad.
My first inclination was to somehow strap it down and take a hair dryer to it.

Be careful with those Universal hoods.... They are like the most fragile, thin hoods I had ever encountered and would not tolerate too much stretching and shifting around and will seemingly tear by just being breathed on..... they also tend to dry rot really quick, as soon as you start using them on a bike.
