Colnago Resto-mod
This Colnago was donated to our non profit coop in very sad condition, we decided to bring it back to life as close to original as possible, That being done on a very minimal budget with parts at hand
The bike came to us with wheels, tires, crankset, stem,, rear derailleur and seat post as shown in photos.
Some notes:
1. Calipers were Modolo, so we added Modolo levers with Modolo hoods.
2. bars were not original, but we had a set Italian black bars.
3. Stem has Colnago signature
4. Crank arms have Colnago signature, but it is really worn.
5. We know that the decals are not the "correct" set for the bike (but they look good, and we are not selling as original restoration)
Can anyone identify the model and approximate year based on the photos. Our goal is to sell for a fair price to support our mission.
Thank You

I'd have to agree with this identification although I've never actually seen a Colnago Sport in real life. The Sport was a very low end model and probably made out of straight gauge (but thin) Columbus Aelle tubing.
As it is a low end model I personally think that these low end models are harder to find than the top of the line models such as a Master or Conic SLX, etc. I like this as it is something out of the ordinary.

After looking at a lot of photos, and studying what there is available, I was leaning toward Sport too.. We brought another one back from the edge, and hopefully someone adopts it soon.I appreciate the input here.
