Swoosh noise from cycling shorts rubbing saddle

I have a saddle I find comfortable - a Bontrager Race X Lite, in case it matters - but with all my cycling shorts there's a distinct "swish" noise on each pedal stroke from the shorts rubbing the saddle. I'm a little compulsive about my bike not making noises and it's just annoying enough for me to want to stop it. I have other saddles where this doesn't happen, but they aren't as comfortable. Anyone have suggestions here, preferably that don't involve buying more saddles in the hopes of finding one that's equally comfortable but quieter? Anyone else have a noise like this, and if so, do you find you've gotten used to the noise and can ignore it?

sounds like you're stuck. I have a pair of bibs (Primal) that there's a seam along the thigh that just barely rubs on my saddle. Other bibs don't (they don't have a seam in the same place). So I only wear them on the trainer. Shrug.

If you ride fast enough, the wind noise will render your swooshy shorts inaudible.
Drop the hammer!

I had a saddle that squeaked when my shorts got sweaty. Right where my thighs rubbed it as they go up and down. I just put anything I had available at the time that was a little oily, waxy or greasy. Sunscreen, leftover greasy fingers from eating fried chicken, hand lotion, almost anything. I imagine if you are caught out riding that maybe even a well placed snot rocket would work for a while. You bathe and launder afterward anyway. Don't you?

Were the shorts made by Nike?

Look I get it you are proud of your farts but nobody else needs to know about it. Keep your "swoosh" to yourself and hopefully nobody has the unfortunate pleasure of drafting behind you.
