Getting this bottom bracket off

Since Selkines had odd sized cups I’m trying to get the one pictured out to use on a much better condition bike that just has a worn cup. But I’m not sure how to proceed from this step and don’t want to just apply force

You remove the crank with a puller before you start messing with the BB.

Ahh yes, I forgot about the puller. That’s what happens when you get older and do something infrequently
