Meanwhile, a parallel story is that Movistar is trying to improve the visibility of its women's team (as is also true for other UCI teams, J-V, etc.). I hope for everybody's sake that the management on the women's side has its act more together.

The series has actually softened my dislike of Movistar as a team. Dislike maybe isn't the right term, they just were not a team I ever rooted for or screamed at the TV in a good way when they were winning. Now that I've watched series they seem more real and actually likeable. I can handle quick tempers when everyone is quick to admit wrongs and forgive. Or at least just work together for the goal.
As for their management style, I've watched the Spanish TV series "El Barco" and TMK, that was one of their hit series at that time and everyone in it acted pretty much like they do in "Least Expected Day",
