Fender/mudguard that mounted from dropout...
Where can I find a fender/mudguard like this, for 406? where it mounted from the rear dropout. TIA.

Been there, done that...
I bought a pair of those oh...what, six years ago in either in Singapore or Bangkok, can't remember. They weren't exactly cheap, that I do remember. I wanted them for my Dahon Dash mini velo, but failed to consider that they don't work with bikes with seat stays so I ended up selling them. Caveat emptor.

I doubt that this will really offer a protection.
My experience with several mudguards on several bikes show that its the flap at the end of the mudguard that provide the biggest part of the protection and that it should ideally be closer to the ground than the mudguard shown.
Adding a flap at the end of this mudguard will surely greatly increase the protection.
