modern hubs w/ classic design
hello,
looking to see who makes hubs (road) today (130/135mm rear) that are styled after classic designs. I did across White Industries T11 which look real nice, but wondering about other options.

Well you came across my favorite! White Industries T11 hubs roll forever and have a distinctive, but not obnoxious sound. Not at home on your traditional vintage build but the ultra-high polish aluminum certainly looks good on a vintage resto-mod. Not a cheap date though!

Some older Shimano road hubs, like 6500 and 5501, are very vintage-looking. Much more so than any fat barrel sealed bearing hub IMO.
They can be still be found NOS and aren’t expensive.

Shimano 105 5800 silver hubs.
How they are C&V in design/look- cup and cone instead of cartridge. quiet freehub instead of sounding like an angry swarm of bees. flanges are the same size. symmetrical hub shell. Not super lightweight.
They are significantly better than old hubs because they are super easy to work on and adjust. All you need is a cone wrench and a hex key- you can set the preload a lot easier with this design.
Rock solid and relatively inexpensive compared to alternatives.

American Classic are lightweight (under 200g) and look ok to my eye, but it's harder to find them in silver.
I wanted a 135 for my Trek, so I took their MTB hub which I believe is only available in black and de-anodized it. Lot of work. Haven't built it into a wheel yet, but it doesn't look any less strong than my White Industries MI6.
That said, if you want reliability and easy service, you can't beat Shimano. They're a little heavy but it's likely worth it if you are relying on them.
