Got my second set of Continental 27" tires from BikeInn today. Again, approximately 3 weeks. I'm a happy camper although due to shipping cost structure ordering two tires was cheaper per tire than ordering four? Cost for 2 tires was $57 CAD at my front door.

I got one rim earlier this week then another a couple days ago in a separate box. The third package of a few small bits is still in the Netherlands.

I dont know how they make money shipping 3 large international packages separately but hey, that's alright.

Five Michelin 26x1-3/8" World Sport tires - came in last week, wrapped up neat and tidy from the NL.

A shame one has to go this far to get quality, not-sport-tread tires in this size, but so be it. Glad there's a quality option at all.

I recently ordered dropout alignment tools from them, not realizing they were overseas; according to the tracking, the package is already making progress, so I am hopeful.

Update, with concern.

BikeInn got it shipped quick, went from Spain to the Netherlands to the US very fast -- then it took quite a while for the USPS to complete those last few miles. I was excited to get the package, until I opened the box. Uh, what am I supposed to do with HALF of a dropout alignment tool? I left them a message but, it's over a weekend. Hopefully they will "make it right" and quickly. I'll post back with the results either way.

UPDATE: Avoid this company at all costs! In my opinion anyway.

I noticed the e-mail I had received from them was from a "No Reply" so I should not have bothered sending a message there SO I went to their website, hunted around for some customer service. All
i could find was Live Chat, so I signed into that, waiting half an hour in the queue. When I got someone, I was told -- eventually -- all I can do is log into my account, hit "returns" and resolve the issue there. Did that and when I clicked nm Returns, it changed the language to Spanish; when I change the language back to English, it did so but kicked me out of my account. This in an endless cycle. Seems like a determined effort to ensure there is no problem resolution.

Looks like a nice tool, this half of it anyway. But for a few dollars more I could have ordered the Park tool form Amazon and had it overnight. Sheesh!

That sounds more like a bug in their site code. Did you bring that up to the chat staff? It'd be a litmus test as to whether they would escalate it.

How many tracking number links did you get in your invoice?

My two rims arrived separately and a giant box way bigger than the small items all showed up without issue. I have no idea how they made any money with their shipping logic but hey it is here and in one piece.

Yes, a bug in their system I've repeatedly tried to bring to their attention. Plus, their customerservice seems to become worse daily.

Just one. Finally got e-mails messages form their C/S... in Spanish, telling me there are messages waiting on their website -- so I've been playing Mother-May-I with the website to see messages, doing cut-n-paste into Google Translate. Now they say I can either send it back, and wait, or take a 50% credit... as if half of this tool has any use at all. I've lost patience, ordered the Park Tool (and, of course once out add an item to your Amazon Wish List and go back later, the price goes up), and went back to BikeInn's website, and the buton to click on to return the item is gone. More messages and I presume that now nothing until Monday due to a weekend.

Reading posts, BikeInn is fine, as long as there are no problems and the transaction goes 100% smoothly. But, wow, I'm close to three weeks in on this (it's not their fault the bike is 99% done and this is about all that remains), and have little confidence that I'll be able to successfully return the item and receive credit.
i might get lucky and somehow get a prepaid return label.. I'll let you know.

EDIT: It took a long time, but they finally "did the right thing" and gave me full credit. So, I guess, as long as one is patient with their customer service, might be worthwhile to buy from.

I recommend to avoid this site. I've ordered tires 4 months ago. They ship from Spain. I've never received the parcel and they will not refund.

I placed a few orders with them. Yes, it took a while. They had better prices and in some cases stock that was lacking elsewhere.

Last order, they deleted some items, partial refund, no communication regarding order… as in before we delete these items, do you want to go ahead and cancel the order.

I would avoid them, the C/S contact form sucks and they send automated responses. 3 messages and basically their response is we refunded you, wait 24-48 hrs… well, what about the rest of my shipment???

It looks like I ordered from them twice back in 2018- from what I remember they were good experiences.

I have finally been refunded, 5 months after the order. I had to voice up quite loudly, with their "support" (or automatic template sender), over different forums and over their facebook page which I guess had the good weight.
As long as you have no issue, you can only be happy. But as they ship from Spain, there is a risk of delay and lost, if you do not live in Spain. And if there is an issue, be prepared to fight as they are not customers oriented.
For sure I will never ever order again from BikeInn, unless one day they improve, and ship from where they are doing business.

I ordered from them earlier this month and everything was perfect. I paid for the expedited shipping - which was about $11 extra - and my item was shipped from Spain on 2/11 and at my house on 2/15. Even with the added shipping cost I paid about $30 less than the lowest price I could find in the US.

Things have probably changed by now, but last year, I ordered a set of Brompton tires and bulk shifter cables. Order time was stated to be a month; I ended up receiving my order about 3 months later. I know this was during the whole shipping crisis, but was still disappointed. Prices were unbeatable, but I would advise potential buyers to place orders in as early as possible.

I ordered two Mavic Open Pro black rims (32H), one at a time (due to thinking I had a good used one that I'd scored for cheap...nope). Both from Spain. Both took a couple weeks and arrived in perfect condition. This was mid/late last year. The rims are on my Impulse.

I just ordered 5 Vittoria Rally tubulars last Monday. I think they ended up being around $25 each delivered. They arrived today even with normal shipping. Great price and faster delivery than ordering from the East Coast.

FWIW: Purchased Ultra torque bearings for a Campagnolo bottom bracket from Bikeinn. Didn't realize they were overseas until receiving tracking info.

The part was posted quickly. Tracking number provided. Tracked item to the front door USA. Shipping took about three weeks, to be expected. Pricing was competitive.

For anyone living in North America I strongly recommend staying away from these guys. I got hit with like more 25% in duties and taxes, and the shipping estimates were total BS, it took well over a month (site said 2-3 days). Customer Service was terrrible too, they basically said "too bad"

The "self-described mandate approach." Arbitrary policy, enacted in arbitrary ways. It's across the board. Customer service is pretty much over, This is cyclic, and a new cycle is emerging, pun appropriate.

I ordered a set of 36-hole rims from them. The same rims drilled for 32-holes was offered at significantly cheaper shipping. I tried to contact their customer support to see if I could get the cheaper shipping applied to my would-be purchase. After a few automated responses explaining to me how shipping works, I gave up and just paid the higher rate. The rims showed up (from Spain) in a reasonable amount of time and in perfect condition. The original price was good, and even at the higher rate shipping costs weren't ridiculous.

My experience has been:
1. good prices
2. only order if you won't need it in the next 30 days
