Thanks im excited to take it for its first ride. The last DA group I had was 7800 so I'm sure to have blast with this one.
Scouring the web im 95% sure its a 2013 or '14 frame year. A few more years for it to be considered a classic. Id say it's still modern.

My current ride is a Titanium Schwinn Paramount made by Serotta. I think that it is a 1999 model. The original fork was bent so I upgraded to a carbon fork (1"). I put on Shimano Di2 10 speed shifting with Rolf Vector Pro wheels. I currently can't post photos but will be able to very soon. It is perhaps the smoothest (not the lightest) bike I have ever ridden.

Only been into cycling for about 18 months…and I’ve been upgrading bikes quite a bit. Bought this last week
2020 Tarmac SL6 Expert. My first foray into electronic shifting.

Just picked up my new Moots Vamoots RCS. New DA12 Di2 with a Stages left arm PM (no dual sided available yet). Titanium everything (stem/seatpost/cages) and carbon everything else. Went with Enve 4.5AR SES wheels; a bit more aero given the lack of elevation in the Midwest. Apparently Dura Ace 140 brake rotors don't exist yet so we adapted the rear to a 160 (extra braking power).
Got one of the new Silica titanium mounts however my old Wahoo Bolt didn't fit so I had to get a new one (oh darn). I was thinking about it anyway so apparently now was the time.
Only did a test ride before taking delivery and it was unreal. The sound of riding on the titanium and the Enve Hub was incredible. New DA shifts before your finger even leaves the shifter. Can't wait to give it a proper introduction to the road this weekend.

We always had an old Motebecane that I ended up riding and liking. Don’t remember what kind it was but I recently bought a new Motebecane Immortal Spirit. Carbon frame, shimano 105, but rim brakes (surprisingly good). I’ve never had an issue with Motebecane old or new but most people hate on them pretty hard. Also just got a 1990 Lotus 3000R. Not a very nice bike but it was something I wanted and I went for it. Matches a Lotus bike my dad has.
Definitely an amateur...
