Alright, seems like the new host test site is up and running, I've disabled add/edit functionality over on VeloBase.com this morning and started a final backup to transfer all the data and everything else over. Hopefully I'll have this process finished by the end of the day. I'll update the system announcement on VeloBase.com so visitors will know when the cut-over is completed. Then I can figure out what else has been broken for months that needs actual coding fixes.

Okay, for some reason the links from the 'Home' page aren't working right, but links from search and list views are... that might have been broken pre-move, but does look like the sever move is already in effect for me. I'll try to resolve any lingering issues asap.
