What kind of hub is this?

So I picked up a used Zebra bike. It had a rear wheel with this hub that appears to say TT Italy, but it is hard to tell. It has sealed cartridge bearings and spins unbelievably smooth. Laced to a Mavic Open 4 CD rim. Never heard of these hubs. Have you?

Those are FT Extra Rolling hubs from FT in Bologna, Italy.
