Anyone purchased from this outfit? They pop up as google shopping links a fair bit but I've never really considered them. Looks like they price low but then add high shipping. I need some silver rims and was thinking of making an order.

I've found some items I need on bikeinn reasonably priced but once I noticed that they're located in Spain I hesitated on my order.

I've bought tires from them. Seems like it took them a while to fill what ever bulk container they where loading on an airplane, but once it shipped it was fast enough. Saved 30% waited 3 weeks.

I bought a crank puller from them 3 years or so ago. Shipped to Vancouver. No complaints. That was pre covid, of course.

I see they are selling the Continental GP5000 tire for $46, and it's available in a 32mm size.

I've gotten a few things from them, and they got to me very fast, and the price was certainly right. A little while back I needed a single brifter and they had it for half the price of anywhere in the states AND it was backordered at most of the places in the states that listed it for sale...

I bought some 13-23 8 speed cassettes a few years ago when they became scarce in the US. Shipping was reasonable at the time but I see it has gone up significantly since then. My stuff showed up just fine.

I've bought twice from them pre-covid.
Fulfillment is slow and shipping is slow.
Prices were good.

A couple of years ago I bought some Endura pants from them that cost only about half(!!!) of the lowest price of US sellers. They shipped them from Spain but despite this the order arrived pretty fast. Once I got them I found out that I actually needed a different size, so I returned them back and ordered the size I needed. Got my money 100% refunded for the first order and my second order also arrived without any issues. I don't recall if I had to pay for return shipping or not.

Another satisfied customer here. Made a purchase pre-covid, at a substantial cost savings.
Shipping took a little longer, but it was a pretty straightforward purchase process.

I also bought some stuff this pst fall (during COVID). Good stuff, shipping was a little slow, since it was overseas in Spain and they were rough with COVID too. I didn't realize it was Spanish or European brands when I bought them and was like "there is no way I need a XXXL jersey" So I ordered a lrge or an XL (can't remember" I squeezed into it when it came and looked like an overstuffed sausage. Easy returns. I think shipping was reasonable, they just had like $9.99 shipping on orders over $100" or something like that when I bought. Would buy again if I needed stuff I couldn't find in the US or cheap. I think the return address was in Amsterdam or something (I am assuming that has to do with EU Customs, taxes, etc.) but everything went fine. I think I paid return shipping. Not cheap, but less than keeping or trying to sell something I wasn't going to wear.

I purchased some brake rotors from them a few months ago. The price was very low, but it took over a month to arrive. But they did arrive!

I am currently awaiting a tire order. They are about a week late as of now. This is my first order with them. The tires were 27x1 1/4 whitewalls. I'm from Canada and generally cannot afford stuff from the US. Shipping cost is often more than the product. (I live about 65 miles from Buffalo NY or 40 miles by water to Erie Pa., yet UK, France Spain Netherlands is cheaper shipping?

Interesting about the slow shipping. I’ve bought on a few occasions from German sellers and items sit in customs in US for days and days, whereas stuff from China and UK arrives almost as quickly as stuff shipped to east coast from California.
Good to get info from real people on this seller, I’d always read bad reviews elsewhere.

I bought some campy stuff from them last year and it shipped right away but took a couple months to get to me. It seemed like the package was just sitting in customs most of that time. I remember when any catalog or phone purchase was 6-8 weeks. The prices made it worth the wait in this case.

Sometimes I wonder if US companies just don't want to be bothered, or like putting a little extra in the bill for inconvenience. Each day tens of thousands of commercial vehicles cross the US/Canada border plus air mail. I recently sent a small package of vintage parts to a fellow BF member in NYS. It arrived within in a couple of weeks, by airmail, and cost me only a little more as it would to send it to my neighbour down the street so it may not be the postal services that are making it pricy.

My package of 2 Continental Ride Control 27" x 1 1/4" from Bike INN arrived today. Ordered 04 Feb 21, received 24 Feb 21 by regular post. My only disappointment was that I only ordered one pair! Good looking tires for a vintage ride. So I ordered another pair today and they were even cheaper at $14.99 CAD.

Thought I'd share my recent experience. I wanted to buy 6 cassette cogs from Bikeinn and the shipping was almost $60. I used their inquiry form to ask about the shipping cost and got a robo reply offering a 5% discount and another opportunity to repeat my question via email. Second email response was a straight robo blow off and directions to repeat my inquiry a third time to a dead or miss directed link. So don't think anyone's home right now, but theoretically its any easy 5% discount for asking "how's the weather is over there?" or "are red canoes faster than green canoes?"

I ordered the rims and a couple small items on February 18. On February 28 they said it had been shipped from the Netherlands.
