You didn't miss out. The other popular thing in my underage days was the... I guess I'll call them the novelty liqueurs. Sugary stuff, like Goldschlager and this other crap with crystals forming at the bottom of the bottle, were popular ones. Jager, too, but only if you wanted to act manly. Basically anything that covered up or distracted from the alcohol. Ugh. So bad.

Face frames going on the carcasses today. Not sure if I'll get them all completed, though - riding prospects today look much better than tomorrow, so I may skip out early and plan on staying in the dungeon for a long day tomorrow.

It's a good thing I know you're talking cabinetry, and not something more ghoulish.

Almost died yesterday. might be a little dramatic but it def scared the **** out of me. It was super windy, but I only had one day home and wanted to ride even if it was a short one. I took madone which prolly was not the best choice with the wind and all. I didn’t get blown around too much but I was descending a hill, tucked in instead of pedaling. At the bottom of the hill there is a small lake to the left so it’s wide open. As soon as I reached the open area the wind coming off the lake grabbed my front wheel and blew me laterally like 4 feet. A car had passed me seconds before and for some reason I happened to take the center of the road again, if I had no done that I doubt I would be writing this.

How strong of a wind gust does it take to move a moving cyclist four feet? Where are our wind experts? MoAlpha
gusting 28 MPH. Not sure if that’s enough. Everybody that road from on the capital trail yesterday from Richmond to Williamsburg got nothing but KOMs. I suspect that the first people through immediately lost them to the next group and so on.

Would sram rival 12 speed etap be compatible with a force 12 speed cassette?
Vitus energie evo comes in many different tiers. Just running ideas, but if I got the rival etap and it is compatible with the force cassette then I could throw my madone wheels on it if I wanted to take it on the road instead of swapping tires.
I could also go mechanical and use my old cervelo wheel set with road tires. That wheel set is for emergencies only.

Not gonna be fast with that color. Has to be white to be fast. Or at least have an orange keel.

I'm no expert but I don't think that's strong enough to push a cyclist sideways.

Though also would have been bad if she'd been pulled over and it rolled out.

April hardens us for the rest of the Spring and Summer. Come May there will be humidity and lower temps. Come June there will be rain and slightly lower temps and a lot more humidity. Come August there will be tropical storms, if we're lucky, and hurricanes if we're not lucky.Come September we have increased humidity again, and we can't wait for it to be over. Come mid Octobeer, if we're lucky it is over. Early November if we're not lucky.
