Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

A touring cyclist from Wales is due in tomorrow evening. He says he's making 2-300 km per day. Sunup to sundown. He was in Cambodia in November. Around the world in 80 days.

Some people from our NJ are here in town today. They are evaluating employee requests for exemptions from the company's vaccination requirement. I'd love to be a fly on the wall.

That was a total ***** move - he deserves to get lit up the next time he runs.

I don't remember who did it, but I recall seeing something similar in an NFL game, it may have been this year. It wasn't as overt and didn't result in anything nearly as dramatic, but the QB did get extra yardage, possibly a first down, when the defensive player let up in anticipation of the QB giving himself up.

I remember something like that. Was it Aaron Rodgers? Rodgers is the wiley kind of guy that would do that.
