I was aware that they were owned by a pair of the younger Waltons but, given their cycling advocacy and Rapha's leanings, I'd assumed that their views were not necessarily in step with the family in general.

Seems Steuart is an R and Tom appears to be a D. Those are the two that own RZC Investments, the company that invested in Rapha.
