I'm having to ride only at night now because I'm undergoing skin treatments for actinic (
solar) keratosis skin lesions and have to stay out of the sun. I see a lot more "live" wildlife at night including a very up close encounter with an owl.

I got only 464 km for April and May combined. I'm riding at least a couple times a week now, though, at 20+- miles a pop.

Edit: 1,926.84 km/ 1245 miles total

I also have to ride only at night during the spring and summer due to the extreme heat during the day.

May had fewer miles than April for three reasons: 1. increasing foot pain, 2. sickness, and 3. vacation.

I think you should angle your Turbo trainer up another couple of degrees next time, 371 miles in 18hrs 44min - you could stand to do more climbing

Wow, that's my best month ever. Miles so far are 989, which is great considering my annual mileage for all of 2015 was about 1,100.

I'm managing my foot pain somewhat but still need to see a second or third doctor.

With all these miles, I'm getting stronger and faster and lighter. Some friends think I'm too skinny now, but with a good energy level, I think it can't be bad.
