FS: Miche/Stronglight compatible needle bearings

Bought NOS inventory from closing N. Europe shop to service my A9 and B10 headsets, but I'm told they fit Miche and likely others. They were $25/pair on eBay back then!

Prefer bulk sale, 50 pairs (100pc) @ $150 shipped ($1.50/ea). --> Excellent eBay/reseller opportunity here!

Breakout for smaller buyers:
  • 1 pair @ $14 shipped ($7.00/ea)
  • 5 pair @ $45 shipped ($4.50/ea)
  • 10 pair @ $70 shipped ($3.50/ea)
  • 20 pair @ $100 shipped ($2.50/ea) --> Good eBay/reseller opportunity!
US buyers only, please, PM for PayPal info. I usually ship same-day if payment received by 2PM Eastern time.

NOTE: If you can't PM due to being new, try introducing yourself or start a new thread! Else reply below and we'll try to work it out.

Images and comparison to my B10 OEM bearings follow:

This is great; tempted. The A9 is one of the best headsets I have ever used.

Got it! Meanwhile, I promised pictures and fell through. Here's the bearings next to the NOS bearings from my B10. Same size, roll just as smooth. Cage is slightly lighter in color.

I wish I could find a bulk pack of 100-200 the metal shims.

Gasket shops cut shims of any size and thickness for me from patterns. Bring in one and they can make as many as you want. Probably available in your area, or at least nearby.

Thanks for the bump! I've been away for a bit, life really kicking my ass these last couple months. Started with a fractured elbow and has been slowly compounding since.

I've still got plenty of these available if anyone needs them. Haven't had the time or drive to list them on eBay, work and family travel making it impossible to be home enough to fill orders.

I did see someone had bearings with races for sale on the 'bay recently. $65 pair

Hey @bwilli88 I still have dozens left and would be happy to honor the pricing offered in this thread for domestic sales (CONUS preferrably) and I'm willing to work out deals on large bulk purchases (5-10 pairs or more) if you're looking to stock a shop or overhaul a fleet of bikes.

My workload still hasn't let up since I started red-lining around the time I originally posted these for sale, so ... I'll need 24-48 hours to turnaround and get these in the mail. I literally just got back from ~2wks in France and I'm still trying to get re-settled.

Yearly-ish bump with price drop and some new reseller options. I've seen sellers pull upwards of $20/pr + shipping on eBay during 2020, with the average price between $8-10 per unit.

They do, but these are not really "shims". They're conical bearing seats - thin strips of steel that sit between the needles and the aluminium cup parts. Cheap to make by the thousands, a bit dearer in unit quantities.

The conical rings are the actual bearing races on these headsets......
Otherwise, the aluminum cups and crowns will wear out quickly from the roller bearing loads without them.........

Would it be super naive of me to ask if these would fit in a Tange G Master?

Not 100% positive on this one. If you can take OD/ID on a Tange G Master headset, I'm happy to throw a digital caliper on it.
