I am much too lazy to look, and it seems that it should be your job, but ebay is constantly churning through inventory of different pedals every day.

Lyotard model catalogue page of 1977 -
models 77 R and 25 R bear a modest resemblance to the subject item
possible it may have been an earlier edition of one or the other...
from what can be seen in images provided it appears the piece may date from the interwar period
Lyotard catalogue pages of 1936-1937 -
Brown Brothers, London catalogue page of ca. 1940 -
another french pedal producer active at this era was Brampton of France; here is an advert from the firm dated 1926 -
