Build Me up DONE!

I did the Zwift build me up training plan. For me, a Clyde it was HARD! Seriously, a challenge. I had some ups and downs but did every workout and rode every second of the program. It was the 12 week full monty too. I wanted to do it and just transition into outdoor season and the timing is close but not outdoors 100% yet. Still proud of myself for getting every workout done. Didn't get every star but gave it my all for every segment.
Stats were good....

My point of this thread is if you need a training plan to get you some umph in your cycling this program will do it. Zwift training plans aren't perfect but you can make it work for your needs.

According to the last test today, my ftp went up 6 points. Didn't really care about that just the fitness boost!

I can't get the new imgur pics working for some reason.

Great job! I love watching my ftp go up but I hate the test! Haha. The best part is that you stuck to it! Inspiring!!!
