Mid 90's Concorde Prestige, built of Tange Prestige OS Road. Serial indicates that its of Japanese origin.
I think i might like it more than my Ritchey Road Logic 2.0

3 Bikes With OS Tubing
This one is pushing the definition of OS... Late 80's, early 90's first generation Colnago Technos. It has bulged, fluted OS top and down tubes. When I got the frame in 2006 I'd never seen anything like it so I built it up as a frankenbike with mostly a NOS Shimano Deore MTB gruppo. "OH THE HORROR!" 
The tubing is exceptionally thin in the center sections and takes a standard 27.2mm seatpost.
I bought this NOS 1991 Paramount frame from Stones Cyclery in 2008. I had been hanging on display since new. This was one of the last true Paramount frames built by Schwinn before they went Titanic! It's made of Heat Treated TrueTemper OS tubing. The seat tube takes a 27.4mm seat post and is oversized to about 31mm at the BB.
Last is a truly RARE early 90's Gitane Team bike made of Columbus ELOS in Gitane Team Kit Blue. It had been raced in France by a sponsored team in the 90's. I got the frame in 2007 and built it up with a mishmash of Shimano components.
The standard colors for these Team Replica models was pinto pony black and white.

There's not a straight tube anywhere
The bike belonged to a 17 year old who did the 10 mile TT at 34 mph. He was advised if he was intending to go professional he'd have to ditch steel and go carbon.
Very slick frame. The fact it's steel means it's a nice ride with much less road shock than a oval Al or CF frame
Originally had an aero seatpost but it snapped.
Many folks ask me if they should buy CF bikes. I cite the previous owner of this bike. If they can sustain 35 mph for ten miles they need to buy carbon, otherwise stop kidding themselved and buy steel.

1992 Koga-Miyata Traveller in a fendered 2x11 gravel setup. 1991 was the first year their touring bikes came in oversized tubing and this an example of their STB (Splined Triple Butted) chromoly tubing, which is virtually the same as Miyata's STB tubing, and a unicrown touring fork. Not the lightest, but competitive with modern steel bikes.

All these cool mainly 90s and late 80s bikes which was the end of an era as steel was being displaced by aluminum and of course carbon fiber. How about a 1972 Schwinn Sports Tourer as the plain gauge chrome moly tubing used was slightly oversized at 29.5 mm. This is the bike I recently picked up:

Wayne Evans custom made for Bob Fourney to ride in a mid 90's Paris Brest Paris. Dura Ace 9 speed build now.
Shows some wear but also has some wonderful craftsmanship and rides remarkably well.
And then I have this recent pickup made with Dedacciai 18mcdv6 Kens oversized tubing (aka Deda Zero):
Another real beauty sporting Dura Ace 7700 9 speed goodies.
Premier Italian excellence.

I just finished building this ~1994 Carrera Podium 1, with Dura Ace 7400. Thanks to all the Bikeforums C&V members who responded to questions and helped me move along. So much knowledge and good folk here.
I believe this Carrera is EL-MAX. My initial impressions are "wow". Rides and handles very well.
Compared to a Torelli Nitro-Express in pure EL-OS, essentially same dimensions, with Torelli running Campy Record Ergo 8v:
Either way, both provide awesome ride and represent the last great flowering of the steel bikes as aluminum and carbon were being introduced. Frames made in Italy with brazed steel construction at small shops using state of the art Columbus tubing.

Cinelli Columbus Mini-Max. Campagnolo Seoul 88 Tubular. My current.
I was extremely sad to see it go. My Fuso MAX. Has now found itself a new home.
