The bikes I have that do have internal cable routing passing through the bottom bracket shell feature full housing.

With family stuff, scheduling conflicts and the hot weather, I couldn't get out for a long ride this week - I think that this was the first time in 5 or 6 weeks that I haven't done at least a metric.
