That a pretty low-end model judging by the kickstand plate, no RD hanger and cotter crank. The model name makes me think Canadian market

Those decals look like they were a later addition by a previous owner. In addition to the plate style kickstand bridge, it also has a plate style brake bridge, brazed-on rear mount for a chain guard and cable eyelets under the top tube. All these traits are typical of the Bianchi condorino style bicycles, which was the generic name for Italian light touring/city bicycles. Typically, they used hi-tensile steel tubing. I'd need the complete serial number to determine the year but it's likely early 1970s. Bianchi would have used this frame to produce multiple models by varying the component mix, so it's virtually impossible to identify the model. For comparison, attached is a photo of a 1974 Bianchi Sebino, which was a 4 speed, condorino style bicycle, using this style frame.

Thanks so much, T-Mar, and that pic shows it may have some potential. I was wondering what the heck the eyelet above the DS dropout was. Not symmetrical, so not for fenders! I appreciate your help!
