Interesting info about CF bike lawsuits
I am not trying to drum up the topic of CF bikes destroying themselves. I just found some of the info to be very interesting. Example...Giant gets sued. Giant in Asia says they are immune because they don't sell the bikes in the US. Giant US says they are immune because they don't make the bikes. So, injured cyclist, F-off.

It's a very common thing for people and companies being sued to try and get out of it somehow.

Any frame material can fail is the thing. When you are barreling down a mountain on a bicycle at 50mph in spandex and a lightweight foam bike helmet ....you might look like a dweeb but you got some serious balls imo.

Or you got skillz 😎
I had a carbon bike in the early 90’s. Back then, they regularly broke. After a few broken frames, you learn the warning signs. Carbon frames usually don’t fail without a fair amount of warning. You do have to know what the signs are. I clean my bike weekly, not because it is filthy, but to check for cracks. If my bike develops a creak that won’t go away or gets worse, I get it checked out. Weird handling also can be a sign that something isn’t right.
