MAHALL Expedition bike
I'm not much of an authority on expeditions, but all this makes sense to me: really long chainstays, 3" tires, short travel suspension fork, wide flared drops:
But I have a hard time believing they can hit that $4850 price point with MUSA parts and fancy steel.

Apparently the wheel builder must have been drunk, he forgot to put the other half of the spokes on that rim.
will watch vid, interesting looking bike.
-- watched, and certainly a pretty neat bike. 530, 500mm long chain stays.
too rich for my blood but I wish them luck with these.

The bike that I call my expedition bike has the capability to haul a lot and I have hauled over two weeks of food on that bike on rough terrain. Two weeks of food weighs a ton and is a lot of volume.
My comment is specific to the name or category, I have nothing bad to say about the bike itself as a bikepacking bike.

Interesting bike but to me it is needs more braze-ons/mounts and as Tourist said, it does not seem it can carry much weight when needed. I love the long stays. My Robert Beckman has really long stays (put a water bottle behind it) and I love it. The frame is just a little too small for me so that is the only reason I have it for sale.
