Arrow Top 5 Tips for Students to Choose E-bikes

Nowadays It's much convenient for students to commute to college on a bike. If you are used to riding manual bikes, an e-bike will make your way more comfort and less sweat.

There are a wide variety of e-bikes in the market, which makes it hard it decide which type and brand to buy. To save your confusion, the following tips will help you make a decision:

1. Decide how often you want to use the pedals;

2. Why do you want the e-bike;

3. Motor power. The power of your e-bike motor will determine the range you can cover on each ride;

4. Cost. E-bikes cost differently depending on brand, features and store. Take some time and check online before you decide which to buy;

5. Battery strength. The distance you will cover after you have fully charged the battery will depend on its quality and watt-hours. If you rides a short distance, the battery strength might not in your mind.

This is really a stupid post. I would never advise a student to buy an e-bike to get to school. It will be quickly stolen by thieves. Smart students buy used junker level bikes and spray paint them an ugly color that make it impossible for the thief to resell them for profit.

I agree.
Bad enough to have student loans while going to school, living on Ramen noodles.
Stick with cheap disposable pedal bikes that can easily be replaced or bought through yard sales for students who have low budget.
I'm sure there are families that can easily afford ebikes for student use on campuses, probably don't care about the money spent if they get a poor ebike for their disposable spending.
