Surly Thru Axle Adapter Question
Will the Surly thru axle adapters work to put QR wheels on the new 2021 Disc Trucker? Does it work for both wheels?

You should ask Surly, but I would say the answer is NO. The axle adapter washers appear to only work with frames that have a slot to slide the axle into. The Disc Trucker has a closed thru axle dropout, s there would be no way to get the wheel into the frame or fork.
Some modern wheels have convertible end caps that can be switched to convert to thru axle. If you have older QR wheels, they can't be converted.
