Thanks!

What combo of crank/bb would you recommend? I flexed my s300s the short time I had them and was never happy on the omniums due to the gxp, so I'm considering a used set of D-A

As a person who has experiences both "square taper" cranks and the sram Omnium, I would highly reccomend the omnium. While you will never get as good a spin from the omnium, they are much easier to maintain and adjust the bearings. The priamy use of the crank that I have on my bike is for commuting, so resiliace is the primary factor that I am looking for, If i was on a track, I would probably be running a square taper crank. They spin much better and you don't really have to worry about keeping the internals clean and dry.

SRAM Omnium Crankset - Q-Factor needed.

I try to find the data for the crankset.
I cannot find the Q factor data.

Next Question.. Q-Faktor on track ... banks with 47° FSA Crankset carbon has 148mm

I remember old Dura Ace and campa are under 140mm ...
What is possible on track side till you bump on the wood.

Hey, just keep in mind the last time someone posted in this thread was 7/5/2012. Most of the folks involved with the thread have moved on and SRAM has long discontinued the Omnium. You might want to check the SRAM page a quick search brings you right there but I was feeling frisky: https://www.sram.com/en/service/models/fc-omnt-a1

Barring that you might ask SRAM to confirm any data needed or just look at what the pros are using if you are serious about track racing and use what they have but one would have to imagine a crank designed specifically for the track would do pretty well on the track.

Omniums Thanks for reaching out to SRAM Rider Support. I am happy to help. The Q factor is 145mm on this crankset. I hope this helps. Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions or concerns I can help you with.

Warm regards,
