Those look like different kinds of stabilizers for the handlebars when the bike is on a stand. Maybe a stand?

Yup. The simplest one (on the bottom) is for a handlebar bag with either elastic or nylon straps to the fork. The middle one is missing a clamping mechanism which negates the need for the straps and the top one (with the red tips) supports the bag from the bottom.

Same handlebar bag support that came with my 1970s era Kirtland Tour Pak.
Hang onto 'em. You'll find people wanting to buy those. The bags and support racks often get separated.

Thanks! I spent untold time trying to find answers, should have come to the experts first. Likely posting these as a lot on eBay, no value to me but I’m sure, as canklecat says, someone out there would value these.

I've found my 35 year old handlebar bag but couldn't find the support hangers. I sure can use one of those. At Home Depot I purchased a metal rod but haven't gotten around to bending it into shape.
I hate the handlebar bags that are sold nowadays. It takes too much fingerwork to thread the straps through those buckles and the bag hangs too low. The bag rubs against the front wheel. I know if I buy and install front fenders that'll solve the problem. But I don't want to keep purchasing stuff for my 35 year old bike just to solve a previous problem.

Only missing the little bungee cord. Easily replaced. Or the rack mount could be zip tied or made somewhat theft resistant by threading some wire and locking bolt through those eyelets.

Looks like Nitto still offers similar handlebar bag supports that weave around the stem and bar. At least one version supports the bag from the bottom, which might be simpler than my old Kirtland Tour Pak that required threading the support bars through fabric loops in the bag.
