FS: Motobecane cockpit
Hello Moto lovers looking for the perfect turkey lever, plasti-grip ready-command center.
Weinmann levers, SR stem and Pivo bars...no bends. Barely scratched grip and not much wear...they must have made those to last.
How about $40 plus shipping? If anyone has a really good idea for shipping them cheaply I am all ears.

Might have a DS Motobecane Takagi crank arm/rings, Weinmann Vainqueuer CPs, and Sun Tour ratcheting shifters depending on the owners preferences for rebuild. PM if interested in the original items, and I will let you know.

And those brake levers might well have a band, the pic shows what looks like a bit of a bump where the band would be; would be pretty easy for the op to tell.

That plastic sleeve will slide off. It takes some doing, and a can of lube with a spray-tube, but it'll come off, mine did. Went back on the same way.

There is a trick to using the spray-lube tube. You want to get lube as far down as possible, so open a gap at the edge of the wrap and force the tube by itself into your gap and as far as you can get it. THEN attach the can and give it a squirt. Take off the brake levers entirely, leaving only the band, stick the tube in from there as well.
