They seem to be similar to Tubolito and Pirelli tube. I have tried Tubolito and I cannot say I like them.

The tubes are super light and reduce rolling resistance, with Kojak or even a "fast rolling" XC tyre, they feel faster and smoother which is good BUT, the material used to make them is not easy to fix in the event of a puncture; you need special patches and glue and you have wait ~30 minutes to get it to cure.
I rode with some until 3 weeks ago and after 3 punctures within 30miles, I had enough and when tubeless. I fixed them and I have them in case the tubeless sealant fails.

So unless you race and cannot use tubeless setup, I would not bother with these... That's said I will order a set of tubolito in 20" to use in hill climb races only (clean course that last a few miles only).

I run Tubolito on my gravel bike and have moved that to tubeless. For 20", I do not have the adequate rim. My rims are all kinetix comp (or equivalent Rolf) or kinetix comp pro which do not have the inner rib which keeps the tyre in position against the clincher rim wall so I have not moved that to tubeless yet.

That said, I have a set of spare valves (Muc off sales, 70%off), gorilla duct tape, sealant and booster, I might try to do a "ghetto" set up. basically, set no tubeless rim and folding tyres (does not work with rigid bead tyre) tubeless.
As a precaution, I will use a thick sealant, muc off rather than Stan Race which I use on the gravel bikes wheelsets.

Any recent reviews how well the Ridenow TPU's work with carbon rim brakes?

Given the increased need for tire inflation with these inner tubes, I will pass.

You mean inflating everyday? Not for me. Mine hold air like Butyl, if not better.

Are you asking about heat buildup? I don't have any direct experience (I use Ridenows but with alloy rim brakes), but from what I've read you should probably avoid them if you're doing long, steep descents. Also, you might want to ask in the General Cycling Discussion forum, since you'll probably find more respondents there.
I'm not sure how smaller rims impact rim brake heat compared to 700c. Anyone know?

Small rims are more subject to heat build up.
