Way beyond my skill level, but it doesn't seem any more dangerous than racing at those speeds.

I assume the camera person was also on a bike, judging from the sounds.
I don't fault them for taking the lane. At that speed, it's appropriate, but if I knew I was about to do it, I might use a large array of tail lights.
I saw the speed peaked at 57 mph (91 km/h). I have never gone that fast on a bike. They were too comfortable getting close to cars.

What's "so wrong" about it? The tight passes? I don't know, at those speeds you've got to be able to move quickly to stay safe. That includes taking the best lines and getting around obstacles (other vehicles) to ensure your own safety. I've never gone that fast but if I was going that fast, I don't think pulling the brakes would even be an option. One false move on the brakes could have big consequences so I think one should just ride it out and try to get through it as quickly and safely as possible.
