Pinarello? Repainted? Year?

Pinarello? Repainted? Year?
Got this bike today and is kind of a mystery. I think it was repainted and maybe had decals added after. But not 100% sure. Some hardware also swapped out. I’m hoping to find out age and what would have been on it originally. Serial seems to be OO354. Some wheels included are Campy and perhaps the originals? What do you guys think? I’ll put pictures in a couple posts.

Most ikely a Treviso from the second half of the 80's.
Not sure if it's repainted, but the decals are for sure, not original.

This looks exactly like my Pinarello Veneto, great bike. Definitely a Pin, but the fork is not original (should have engraved logo). Mine has the same wheels so I’d say good chance they are original. I swapped out the group set for 8 speed DA and ride it all the time. The tube set is Oria, whereas most Trevisos (I also have a Treviso) are Columbus SL.

Most boutique brands were sold as framesets only back in those days, so asking what something originally came with is a shot in the dark, because it is not like a Centurion Ironman or a Raleigh where you can look up the catalog specs ----- however, that said -- This one was likely originally built with the Campagnolo Victory components that are on there now. Would make a nice mid-range build and common for the era
My guess is somebody threw on the other wheelset to get a better climbing setup, hence the long cage XTR derailleur.
That first generation XTR derailleur alone is worth a little bit to a vintage mountain bike guy, and the sale of it could easilly purchase 3 or 4 replacement Victory derailleurs if you want it to look more "correct"
But could be a very nice machine with a little TLC.

Does the serial no date it to 1986 or so?

Seems to me there are sometimes outliers that don't seem to match up to expectations. When this happens it is tempting to claim something is amiss or that it isn't what it appears to be. Maybe it is just a Pinarello that doesn't conform to expectations. The BB is marked Pinarello and now we see that front and rear fork ends are also. So it is undoubtedly a Pinarello. Beyond that, questions remain.

steelisreal19 probably hit the nail on the head. Campy Victory parts and non-campy dropouts probably indicate a bike offered below the top of the line, like the Bianchis with Gipiemme dropouts. Probably is Oria tubing. The reality is probably that it's every bit as good as the Columbus tubing Pinarellos offered at the same time.

IIRC, Pinarello did not use "Pinarello" branded dropouts till like 1987-88.

@led Mine is much like yours with the exception of a FD braze-on. At first, I thought it might be a Tre Crimi but the chrome didn't align. Most recently I believe it is a Veneto. It does take a 27.2 post.
The purchased condition was very poor, hence the $150 bargain. The parts were/are worth more. It weighed about 22lbs at purchase.

One of the features of this bike is the flush mounting of the water bottle cage on the seat tube only.

Interesting that the frame seems to be newer than some of the components my guess is it was originally sold as frame set and the bike was built up by a shop using the NOS Campy components they had on hand. Very nice bike should ride great built pretty much as is with some TLC.

I don't think there should be any question but that this is a Pinarello. The double letter serial number would suggest to me latter half of the 80s (my 87 Montello has an SSxxx serial number, where my early 80s Record has just a single letter to start). The lack of Pinarello embossing on the seat stay tops and on the fork crown suggest the Veneto - that matches this catalog page:
