First ride, just starting out.

Just got back from my first actual ride on my road bike. I only had about 30 minutes before afternoon storms were going to roll in. It's amazing how much I have improved already, first time on the bike I didn't make it a mile before my legs cramped and I was done, I averaged 12-13mph for 2.5 miles today. My plan is to keep adding 2.5 miles extra length a week, do that distance 3-4 times a week and go from there.

What app is that? It looks like Strava but with a different UI than I've got.

You're lapping people still on the couch. And you're improving vs. your old self. Keep up the work.
