Substitute headset spacer

Does anyone have a makeshift 1 1/8” headset spacer substitute hack?I ordered a proper one and it would be a temporary fix only.Dumb idea but it doesn’t hurt to ask, right?

An obvious solution would be to cut an appropriate diameter pvc or metal pipe into whatever length you needed.

I live in Haines. Sockeye Cycle is the best. They can meet your needs. Just give them a call.

I currently am in America. Very odd to ride on nice roads in sunshine with no bears.
