I'm 2 weeks into the 2022 Cruzbike Century Challenge Series -- for better or worse 
I'm guessing. I'm riding a new to me RANS Velocity Squared recumbent.
The format is 19 weekly rides: The first weekly ride will be 10 miles in length and will increase by 5 miles each week until 50 miles, then 10 miles every 2 weeks until you will ride a 100 miles.

The only one I would be interested in is Cino in Montanna. But my living in Delaware would make for a long, expensive trip for a two day bike ride. That time of year is not when I like to travel, too much traffic and heat, too many people. However, it still interests me.

The funny thing is that I know so many people who do DCs (it is a confederacy of some really great people), I really consider all of it pretty normal. I've met people doing their first DC back when I had done 35 or so, and they are now at 100+. One guy is at 200+ and another friend is hot on his heels and catching up! Whoa.
I think I will attempt the Davis Double this year. It's relatively flat as doubles go, and is the most popular in the state. It's about time I give it a go. I'm going on record now and predicting hurricane force winds that weekend.
Also, my son is up in Seattle, and my SO's family is all in Portland. I think the STP may be just the ticket too.

Still mulling either the Tulsa Tough medio or gran, but it will likely be the gran. While I considered doing it on my Raleigh, I will probably ride my Trek Domane as I expect it to be hillier than I want to do with the gearing on the Raleigh. I have a half marathon in a week and my Sunday running partner is injured so I should have some time to get some good rides in to get prepared.
And a double century? I can't even begin to wrap my head around one of them let alone 50.

Somehow I ended up registering for three rides this year. The Bailey Hundo (a regular for me), The Sarlacc Attack in Fruita and Elephant Rock (Castle Rock) for my road event.
