Seems odd to have 2 braze-ons on the front dropouts, but on 1 on the rear. Maybe the fork has been replaced? No guess as to what it might be.

A previous owner apparently spent the time and / or money to make it exactly how they wanted it. Should be nice, whatever it is.

Anyway, that would be my justification for buying it ...

Yes, great color!

Agreeing with the previous posters that it seems modified. Those two eyelets on the front dropout vary in design from each other. To be fair, I have seen bodgy looking braze-ons from the factory but the cable stop/banded downtube shifter mount and repaint point to modified
