New cassette for Trainer, Need Help Installing

How do I fit this on to the trainer? Is there a lock on this and how do I remove it?

This is one of those cases where a web search on how to install a 10 speed cassette on a Kickr will get you the answers far more quickly.

Take the 11T locking cog off the back of the cog set.
Line up the cassette body splines with the corresponding notches on the cog set. It's usually easiest to identify the biggest spline and the biggest notch.
Slide the cog set onto the cassette body. If it doesn't go on all at once, do each cog one by one, with the correct spacers in between.
Lightly grease the threads on the 11T locking cog, thread it on, and tighten it with a cassette lockring tool.

YouTube has videos.
