Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Eyelid surgery done and seems to be successful. It will take weeks to know what it finally will look like. The upper lid muscles were nearly fully detached on both sides. Also they had been invaded by fat due to lack of usage. Surgeon reattached them and performed a cool sculpting process to remove the fat. Excess tissue removed from the lids. All done while I was fully awake. Just lidocaine to numb the eyelids. Partially paid by Medicare, but a lot of the work wasn’t covered.

Good thing we didn't delete your account as requested. They don't delete accounts, you can just stop posting. Or not.

That comes from too much girl watching, pal, you gotta be careful. Obviously you didn't make a habit of wearing shades either.

Well, not really hipster style. I wore a helmet and cycling shoes. Also, I used my Osprey pack instead of a messenger bag. But I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt.

Uhh... Low! Am I right?

Unsolicited advice: Stick around for a while and then just ghost with no announcements. I did that at a sailing forum and lurking after that was like getting to attend my own funeral. People said the nicest things!

It's not so much a tail, as a protrusion of calcium, bone marrow, and course black hair.

There's usually a little left over topping to go with the fries.
