Just wanna say if you have an early 1980's Schwinn Voyageur and you are doing a 27 inch to 700c conversion, these are the brakes you need.

Those are 960's but the mounting bolts should be cap screws I think. Those long straddle cables are not so easy to find.

Screws are correct. I have bikes with the same brakes (’84 trek 520, ’84 centurion pro tour, ’84 univega gran turismo). Same chrome screws were used on dia compe 980 cantis (which came on my ’84 univega specialissima and ’83/84 alpina ultima).
