Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I have plenty of trouble myself. It's fantastically complicated and linked to every other system in the body.

I've stayed home all weekend. Absolutely zero desire to ride

To be fair yesterday had a +100° heat index. I'd ride in that crap back when I lived in Texas but not with the humidity up here.

Heat killed me yesterday also. I tried to ride to the local Kurdish restaurant to pick-up our dinner order, got about half mile down the road before turning around and jumping in the car to do the pick up.

Yeah. It’s not the heat, it’s the humidity.

I know that it would be wholly impractical for riding out here mostly from road conditions, but man they're just so cool.

Also alluding to what Bah Humbug has been talking about, I have absolutely no idea what size I would need.

TT bike with smaller size front wheel. Was quite the fad from mid 1980’s to 1990ish. I believe gained popularity bigly after 1984 olympics.

Yes, too deep of a sleep can lead to the dreaded dirt nap.

If I saw this frameset for <$200 then I'd probably have to buy it just to hang on the wall

Well. The feds say we're red tomorrow. The governor says orange. I went through two checkpoints this morning, so I'm leaning toward the feds winning out.
