It may have been staged on the rider’s part…i.e. she rode down the street without a rear tire on her bike hoping someone would notice and take a picture. But one my part, it wasn’t staged. I had no prior knowledge that I’d encounter the scene…other than knowing that you see lots of people doing strange, interesting things on the streets in this area.

Ingenuity meets desperation. I think that is one of Florida's state mottoes .... along with "Hold my beer ... "
The state considers alligator wrestling to be a family tourist attraction ..... just a hint of what might be found there.
