Definitely one of the time Rhode Island was in SE Florida ..... Yup.

Ingenuity meets desperation. I think that is one of Florida's state mottoes .... along with "Hold my beer ... "

The state considers alligator wrestling to be a family tourist attraction ..... just a hint of what might be found there.

Yep, Florida is known for people doing weird stuff. Florida also has one of the highest number of DWI convictions.
